SerE+ COLLABORATIVE WORKSHOPS

The SerE+ project – Network of Ecosystem Services Acceleration Areas in Serra da Estrela – is organising a series of three in-person collaborative workshops, designed to bring together the Serra da Estrela community, local stakeholders and local authorities in a participatory process to identify, analyse and collaboratively map the Ecosystem Services (ES) present in the region.

These workshops will take place between April and July 2026 and represent a key opportunity to integrate technical and scientific knowledge with the perspectives of the communities that live, work and care for the area.

 

- Collaborative review and validation of Ecosystem Services maps
- Final integration of scientific and participatory findings
- Discussion of practical applications and public policy
